Customization process:

2. Provide requirements: Clarify the purpose of the food packaging boxes. Is the paper boxes intended for product display or as a gift box? What are the dimensions of the packaging boxes? What type of packaging paper boxes is it? What is the tone and style of your brand?
3. Designing Paper Boxes: Provide brand Logo, copywriting, product pictures and other materials, and work with the designer to complete the graphic design of the visual aspect, including color, composition, and font. Please send the drawing to us if you have one.
4. Specification confirmation: Select the packaging box structure (such as handle box, book-shaped box) and material (white card paper, art paper, etc.), plan the surface treatment (gold stamping, UV, etc.), and confirm the design draft through multiple revisions. Prioritize the review of the effect with digital samples or physical samples.
5. Proofing: We make samples of paper boxes according to the specifications, and the production cycle is about 3-7 days. BM factory makes physical paper boxes samples, and needs to check the accuracy of color, the details of the process (such as indentation, registration accuracy) and the rationality of the structure.
6. Sample testing: If the sample test is qualified, a batch order will be placed. If it is unqualified, the sample will be remade.
7. Mass production: Sign a bulk purchase and sale contract.After confirming the samples, the production stage will be entered. The printing quality (such as ink dots and registration deviation) and die-cutting accuracy will be monitored.
